I haven't blogged for a while but this is not to say that C-Trak have not been busy we have new lines including our latest which is the True Axis Modular Belt Bend.

Floor to Floor Solutions

C-Trak has just completed a new mezzanine floor conveyor for a shoe factory in London. They needed to transport shoes from one floor to another this was achieve using a modular belt elevator with flights to ensure the boxed shoes cannot fall back down the conveyor. It was fabricated in mild steel painted with their corporate colour blue. The conveyor system was supplied complete with reversible option to allow products to be bought up and down to the shop floor. Conveyor Designer Wanted in AutoCAD

C-Trak Conveyors are currently looking for a new member of staff to join our friendly work team in Leighton Buzzard.

This position is for a conveyor designer who would be able to project manage an conveyor system from the initial concept to producing full auto cad drawings.

Duties include preparation of conceptual design and system layout drawings and detailed plans and drawings, ready for production.

Fully experience in the use of AutoCAD,  is essential. You must be a competent design draughtsman ~ engineer, mechanically biased preferably within the food industry mechanical. You must also be IT literate using programmes such as Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.

Reverse Conveyor Function

Conveyor systems can be supplied with a number of additional functions one of which is to provide a reversible conveyor that can easily be controlled to take your goods from one process to another and back again by simply switching a button. A typical application would be to take goods from one level to another like a mezzanine floor and back down again which saves on labour and time.

Other additions could be you need your conveyor to be mobile this can be achieved by adding castors to the conveyor making it fully portable or another option is a flexible conveyor which can easily be stored away for occasional use.
